Our people have conducted more than 5,000 title searches in the past 4 years. The team includes a broker, real estate professionals, and an appraiser who apply their experience to accurately estimate property values.
Because we can only look at a property from the outside before bidding on its tax liens, our team members are well-experienced in construction inspection, allowing them to understand the physical condition of a property. They also work to estimate needed repairs and their costs, to predict our anticipated expense if a property does not get redeemed.
Tax deed investing is an intensive legal process, which is why we work closely with the best and most experienced law firm. At the other end of the process, we have standing arrangements with trusted local contractors and vendors who provide us with wholesale discounts of 50% for much of the labor and materials needed for improvements. Some of our vendors include: Floor and Decor, Southland Floors, MSI International, and Whitfield Lighting.
