Didi Siani has been working successfully in Florida real estate for several years. In 2013, she co-founded DNA Real Estate where, working alongside wealthy investors out of Delray Beach, she became an auction specialist and successfully flipped over 150 homes and generated millions of dollars in revenue. In 2015, she was one of the Top 10 real estate brokers in Boca Raton, and was ranked the #2 agent and Top Producer for Highlight Realty, out of 600 agents. She became a state-licensed real estate broker in 2015 and launched her own brokerage and investment firm, Optima Real Estate, LLC.
Before coming to Florida to indulge her passion for real estate investment, Didi lived in Chicago for several years, where she ran Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners, a home and business cleaning service, as well as other businesses. Prior to her time in Chicago, she studied business administration and international policy management at Holon Technological University, where she received a degree in Capital Market Trading in 2005. She has also studied psychology and sociology, and in 2014 added to her credentials by earning a certificate for interior design at Broward College. She developed a “design to sale” process created to maximize seller profit while minimizing expenses by taking advantage of the “smart design” approach that is most appealing to potential buyers.
Didi currently lives in Fort Lauderdale with a cat and a dog. She is an animal lover who donates to causes that help endangered species and support animal legal funds.
